I graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in English and a minor in secondary education. I worked in Miami-Dade public schools with grades 6 through adult education as well a private tutoring company. After moving to preschool age children, I taught primarily four year olds, which I loved greatly.

I have worked for my church for three years with their worship team and now am the children's music director as well as volunteering with the young single and professionals' small group. I also write press releases, grant proposals, and other copy for their publications.

I currently work for a large commercial real estate company where I do market research and analytics and write many of the quarterly and monthly reports for the company on the local level.
